Veryst Engineering is a software partner with SIMULIA and its Abaqus nonlinear finite element product suite. Veryst offers concentrated expertise in the modeling of complex nonlinear, rate- and temperature-dependent materials, encompassing the effects of anisotropy and history effects, including the development of damage. Veryst offers the PolyUMod® library of user-material models (UMATs/VUMATs) for general purpose finite element modeling of virtually all polymer systems, including thermoplastics, thermosets, elastomers, foams, filled plastics, and biomaterials. The PolyUMod® library provides the Abaqus user advanced material models as if they were built into the Abaqus Standard and Explicit solvers. Engineers can perform very accurate FE simulations without the need for advanced expertise in material model software development. Veryst Engineering also offers MCalibration®, an optimization application that enables semi-automatic extraction of pertinent material parameters from experimental data for all material models available in Abaqus and the PolyUMod® library. MCalibration® is provided with PolyUMod® and is also commercially available as a stand-alone product.

As a COMSOL Certified Consultant, Veryst combines extensive experience with COMSOL Multiphysics and grounded knowledge of mechanics, physics, manufacturing and computational methods to deliver solutions for a wide range of modeling projects. Veryst's primary simulation expertise concentrates on manufacturing processes, fluid-structure interaction, thermal-structure interaction, structural analysis, CFD, heat and mass transfer, polymer and nonlinear material modeling, and contact/impact modeling.
