Veryst is also pleased to have presented a workshop on “Modeling of Rubbers and Thermoplastics Using the PolyUMod® Library” at the conference.  Dr. Jorgen Bergstrom and Dr. Nagi Elabbasi led this minicourse, which demonstrated how the PolyUMod® library can be used to model accurately the mechanical response of elastomers and thermoplastics.  The examples included all steps from experimental testing to material model calibration to COMSOL simulations.
