Dr. Matthew Hancock attended the FluidicMEMS event on November 9, 2015 in Cambridge, MA. FluidicMEMS is an informal gathering of people from academia, medicine, industry, and business to meet and explore how microfluidic and BioMEMS technology will impact healthcare, research, and beyond. Dr. Hancock has an extensive background in the modeling, analysis, and design of microfluidic devices, including effects such as wetting, surface tension, heat/mass transfer, surface reactions, and fluid-structure interaction.
