Participation in summit on modeling and simulation of medical devices

Dr. Stuart Brown, Managing Principal, participated in the first Medical Device Innovation Consortium Modeling and Simulation Summit on June 26, 2014 in Washington, D.C.  Dr. Brown presented on the "Importance of Accurate Material Models in the Simulation of Medical Devices."  The summit brought together industry, researchers, regulators, and software companies to discuss how to leverage modeling and simulation to bring new devices to market safely, more quickly, and at lower cost.
