Dr. Mark Oliver gave a presentation entitled “Additively Manufactured Polymers: Using Testing and Simulation to Realize Reliable End-Use Parts” at AMUG 2018, the conference of the Additive Manufacturing Users Group. Dr. Oliver’s presentation addressed some of the unique attributes of fracture and fatigue in various AM polymers as well as how to predict mechanical behavior of polymeric AM parts using nonlinear finite element analysis.
