Dr. Nagi Elabbasi presented a paper titled “Constitutive Modeling of Polyethylene” at the NAFEMS World Congress in San Diego, California on June 24, 2015. The paper described a custom material model for medium density polyethylene, accounting for large deformations and strains. The material model was implemented in COMSOL Multiphysics using COMSOL’s unique ODE/DAE functionality. To learn more about the conference click here.
